The New Hampshire Lottery is launching a new game later this month that will give players a chance to win up to $1,000 a day, every day, for their entire life.
The game, called Lucky for Life, will launch on Sunday, March 11, and is being run in conjunction with Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont. It is the first multi-state lottery offering to be played exclusively in all six New England states.
Ticket sales for the twice-weekly game begin on March 11, with the first drawing taking place on Thursday, March 15. Drawings will be held every Monday and Thursday. The results will be announced to New Hampshire lottery players on www.nhlottery.com.
“We’re excited to be working with all the New England states to bring our players a game that’s unique to the region,” said Charlie McIntyre, executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery.
There are 10 ways to win playing Lucky for Life. Players must pick five numbers out of a field of 40, and one Lucky Ball number out of a field of 21. Those matching all six numbers drawn win the game’s $1,000 a day for life top prize. The game will also feature a $25,000 second prize, and smaller cash prizes ranging from $2 to $2,000.
Each Lucky for Life ticket will cost $2, and can be found wherever lottery tickets are sold. The odds of winning a prize will be one in 6.6.
